REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Vibe Cloth, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Eligible Items

  • Clothing and accessories in original, unworn condition
  • Items with manufacturing defects or that arrived damaged

Non-Eligible Items

  • Final sale or discounted items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned after the 14-day window

How to Request a Return Email us at vibecloth@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
