Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Times We partner with independent suppliers who fulfill and ship orders directly. Estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the supplier, carrier, and destination.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available from the supplier).
Multiple Shipments If your order contains items from different suppliers, they may arrive in separate packages at different times.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at vibecloth@outlook.com and we'll investigate with the supplier.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Vibe Cloth is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
